Difference between HS and HSR series: HS series: 50 Ω load with output ≥ 0 dBm, up to 800 MHz, full size 4 pin DIPs only. HSR series: 10 KΩ // 10 pF load with output 1.0 Vp-p, 10 MHz to 30MHz only.
